WTD: Ghostwritting

Ghostwritting: "A ghostwriter is a professional writer who is paid to write books, articles, stories, reports, or other texts that are officially credited to another person." So the first thing that came to mind since I'm now immersing myself in my new Wii with Super Mario Bros Wii, was this scene:

It's a boo ghost ghostwritting for King Koopa...I MEAN, Bowser. Sorry but he'll always be King Koopa to me. haha I'm lov'n this game!

New Hair Cut?

So I figured I should put SOMETHING on here, since I haven't in such a long time. And I thought I'll put something about my new hair cut, aaaand I'll draw something about it. Well long story short, it turned into a silly little comic of me as a kind of midget, bespectacled Sasquatch that gives hair to a gender ambiguous child. So yes, I'm donating my hair and don't really know why this turned out so strangely but yes! Also, for some reason I keep thinking of my hair going to a little girl who wants to look like a long haired princess. Which is one of the reasons why I grew it out so long, so that the little girl who got it would have long hair too. As a girl myself, I remember feeling good to have long hair, like a pretty princess. So I'm glad I can possibly help another little girl feel better about herself, too. WTD: Pelagic

Pelagic:
something pertaining to the open sea, or the fish inhabiting the upper layers of the ocean.

So I didn't really know how best to put it and seemed fond of the idea of a boy's love for the sea. So we have a little guy in his make sift boat with a conch shell stuffed with chocolates and a rose and adorned with a candy necklace as a gift for his love as he sets off to greet her. Quite an adventure indeed. Mostly I wanted something that I could practice my painting and coloring skill on. I still need a lot of practice as far as I'm concerned but this was a pretty spectacular outcome for me.

This is an animation done for Fable Vision again. The studio blog Creative Juices is doing its bi-weekly What the Doodle project. I think it's mostly to keep the fun in Fable Vision. But personally I think it's pretty fun anyway, but what do I know! Enjoy!

Vehicle Griffin

And this is the coolest thing I've made in Flash thus far. I always loved griffins because they represent to me, strength/courage and wisdom/learning, the eagle and the lion. But I've always thought that Ravens are a much better representation of wisdom and intelligence than Eagles. Ravens and Crows may be scavengers but they are wicked smart. And I have a special fondness for Ravens through Irish myths. So that's why this griffin looks strange from your average griffin. Plus flying on the back of a griffin would be AMAZING!
